The Brazilian technology sector continues to attract international investors. The most recent acquisition involves a company from Anápolis, specialized in marketing and communication solutions, which is now part of a British fund headquartered in Singapore.
The deal reflects the growing interest of foreign groups in innovative Brazilian companies. The company, founded by Gabriel Matheus de Andrade Pereira, has stood out in the market by developing tools that optimize communication between brands and consumers.
The transaction also included two other national technology companies, TechNova and AIConnect, all selected to establish new operations in Singapore. The investment fund has a long history of strategic acquisitions and already manages global campaigns for brands such as John Deere and Philips.
For Fernando Linhares, manager of AIConnect, the move to Singapore opens up a range of possibilities: “expanding the global reach of Brazilian innovation.” Meanwhile, Marcos Oliveira of TechNova highlights that the fund’s support is essential for growth: “a turning point to reach strategic markets and enhance the developed technology.”
With this transition, Gabriel Matheus will lead the innovation sector of the three companies and sees the merger as a major step forward: “This is a transformative opportunity to explore new markets and expand our global vision, especially with Singapore emerging as one of the most promising hubs for technology and innovation.”
The investment will accelerate new projects, strengthen the company’s presence in Brazil, and expand its international operations. This move also puts Anápolis on the global innovation radar, showing that great ideas can emerge outside the country’s main economic centers.
