Kim celebrates her newfound freedom after a traumatic legal battle with ex-husband Leslie Leow.
SINGAPORE — Kim Lim is officially single after eight months of a grueling legal battle with her ex-husband, entrepreneur Leslie Leow. Taking to her Instagram story, Kim shared the news with her followers, expressing her relief and new perspective after the tumultuous separation process.
“The past 8 months have been super traumatic for me, but I am happy that I am finally done with all the nonsense I had to deal with because of you. I am super duper glad to be able to put all these behind me & move on with my life,” Kim, the billionaire heiress, said.
The Kim Lim – Leslie Leow Wedding and Two-Month Marriage
Kim and Leslie’s marriage had started with a fairytale-style wedding, but it quickly unraveled. The couple’s marriage lasted only two months, with Kim revealing in an interview with Icon Singapore last December that Leslie became a completely different person after their wedding.
“Although I am disappointed with how everything turned out, I am also thankful for having learnt a valuable lesson,” she added, using a bride emoji and topping it with a bright red “X” to visually express her feelings.

Sources close to Kim told 8days.sg that the ex-couple officially signed their deed of separation papers on February 7. During the proceedings, Leslie allegedly demanded items from Kim, including a pair of $120 Crocs and $1,200 Sonos speakers, but these were not upheld in court.
Additionally, Leslie owes Kim nearly half a million dollars, money he borrowed to fund their wedding but has yet to repay. Despite promising to pay her back, he has failed to do so, according to sources.
